1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trash Detail mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Services

Trash Detail provides a platform for communication between Trash Detail, LLC, its contractors, and clients. The App allows users to:

• Communicate with one another

• Share photos and documents

• Track client concerns and service-related information

 

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account and provide accurate information, including:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

 

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content

• Interfere with the operation or security of the App

• Impersonate another person or entity

Trash Detail, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Content

Users may upload photos, documents, and messages (“User Content”). By submitting content, you grant Trash Detail, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for operating the App.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• Does not violate any laws

• Does not infringe on third-party rights

 

6. Location Features

The App may collect and use location data to support service coordination and communication. By using the App, you consent to this use.

 

7. No Payments Through App

The App does not process payments or transactions. Any financial arrangements occur outside of the App.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and functionality of the App (excluding User Content) are owned by Trash Detail, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Trash Detail, LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

• Reliability

• Availability

• Accuracy of information

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trash Detail, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which Trash Detail, LLC operates.
